Christine Raynaud became CEO of Morgan Philips Greater China on November 1, 2010 when she acquired majority shareholding in the company. With more than 25 years of experience in search, recruitment and staffing, Christine is viewed as one of the recruitment industry’s most experienced leaders. Christine is a graduate of HEC Paris with a career that includes roles with recruitment industry leaders such as Hudson as CEO EMEA from 2004 to 2009, Manpower Inc from 1996 to 2003 as Managing Director, Asia and COO of Manpower France and ECCO, (now Adecco) from 1985 to 1995 as VP international development and GM HK. Christine now brings her experience to Morgan Philips in Greater China drawing on the knowledge gained through leading HR services businesses in over 21 international markets. Morgan Philips Greater China is one of the longest and well-established recruitment firms in Mainland China and in Asia. Operating from 5 locations, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Taipei, Morgan Philips Greater China employs over 100 staff and provides executive recruitment services and outsourcing solutions to clients in every major industry.
Patty Yang has 18 years working experience, of which 16 years have been gained within the recruitment environment working for our company and Manpower Taiwan, Singapore and China. As an experienced recruiting professional, Patty has demonstrated an illustrious and consistent track record of successes in account management, project delivery and team management. Due to her extensive regional working experience and high achievements, she has worked mainly with fortune 500 clients. She successfully implemented a global recruitment project for Motorola China. Other major global accounts include Intel, Philips, IBM and others. During her stint with Manpower China, she led 3 teams with 15 staffing consultants and achieved a RMB 6 Million annual sales target, 300% growth in gross profit from 2004 - 2005 and successfully expanded team size from four to twenty within a year. Patty joined our company in Shanghai in 2007 as Consulting Manager and moved back to Taiwan in 2008 with career progression to Principle Consultant, Consulting Director and Managing Director.
