llona Sharova is responsible for business of Morgan Philips in Ukraine. Prior to joining Morgan Philips Group, Ilona was Hudson's Country Manager and also managed the Talent Management department.
Ilona's key competency is development of employee potential and succession planning; assessment and development of personnel.
Her project portfolio includes a Development Center for top management employees at Henkel Bautechnik Ukraine, where Ilona managed a team of assessors. As a result, Henkel customized development plans and coaching programs for top management, which were successfully implemented. She also managed Assessment and Development Centers for Schering Plough, Slavutich Carlsberg Group, Raiffeisen Bank Aval and Schreder.
As an assessment expert, Ilona took part in the Assessment and Development Centers for Rexam, Sandoz, Sanofi-Aventis (2009), Microsoft (2010) and many others.
Prior to joining Hudson Ilona spent three years with a US-based Private Equity Investment Fund as Organizational Development Officer. She was responsible for organizational development and HR due diligence of portfolio companies. Ilona also has experience in the training and development function with an FMCG producer - Reemtsma International (currently merged into Imperial Tobacco).
