Previously, Alexis was the CEO – Europe of Hudson Global Resources before its European recruitment and talent consulting businesses (excluding Benelux) were acquired by Morgan Philips Group in 2018.

Before joining the industry he worked as executive consultant on real estate, banking and IT sectors in Europe and Latin America.
