He has a recruitment career spanning 15 years both the United Kingdom and since 2004, in the United States where he launched the New England region for a global multinational, multi vertical recruitment firm. He subsequently also added the Midwest region to his responsibilities. David has always maintained a “hands on” role, continuing to actively manage senior recruitment projects in a variety of verticals and role types and having particular success where others have failed and where a genuine innovative and bespoke direct approach solution is required. Having worked in Boston for 10 years, a focus on the Life Sciences has been inevitable and David successfully completed the first Engineering and Procurement search assignments for the region. He has launched Morgan Philips Group in the US to concentrate on this rapidly expanding vertical. David has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of London, England.
Graduated of Economics degree, Louis started his professional career in the building materials industry, and set up his own company in France and Belgium in 2002. In 2007, he joined a worldwide Recruitment leader in Paris, first as a Consultant, and then as a Manager in charge of Corporate positions. In 2012, Louis was transferred to the New York office of this same firm to execute GM, Finance, HR, Legal c-level positions with a specific expertise on the European international companies established in the US. In 2014, Louis joined Morgan Philips Executive search in Paris as a Partner and Deputy Managing Director, to conduct C-level positions searches, in France and Americas. Since 2017, Louis is in charge of the New York office.
